Join us for our annual Empty Bowls event to raise funds for our programs in Auburn. For a $20 suggested donation you’ll receive your choice of a handcrafted bowl, gourmet soup from local restaurants and the chance to end hunger in our community.

Empty Bowls 2021
Empty Bowls is back! We will host COVID-safe event this year in 2021. Our event will be outdoors, socially distanced and masks required. Your $20 suggested donation will get you a handcrafted bowl of your choosing, a special soup starter kit and a warm heart for helping those most in need in Auburn!

Empty Bowls
The Auburn Food Bank began Empty Bowls in 2011.
Purchase a bowl of your choice then enjoy a soup lunch. Local restaurants and schools are donating soups. Local high school students will be on hand to serve lunch. Cost is a suggested $20 donation per bowl.

All School Food Drive

The fierce competition begins on March 16 and for two weeks all of Auburn’s schools will compete for the coveted trophy and bragging rights to see who can bring in the most donations for our organization! The competition is now entering it’s 11th year and we expect the battle to be epic!

Christmas Holiday Basket Giveaway
You must sign up at The Auburn Food Bank by December 18 for Christmas Baskets.
You must bring current picture ID and proof of address with you. This provides us proof that you live within the Auburn School District #408 boundaries. Acceptable form of address verification are: current utility bill, cable bill or letters. Proof of address must have a current stamped date within the last 30 days. No exceptions.
